How many nails come in a set?
Ten nails come in a set, make sure to check your nail measurements before ordering to ensure a proper fit.
How do I apply the nails and how long does it stay on?
Application is what matters most!
1-3 days: Choose a tab that fits the nail bed. Apply the tabs to all fingers. Take off the plastic film off, place press-ons, hold 30 secs.
2 weeks: Apply glue on natural nails as well as the press-on, press firmly. Hold for 30 sec. Wipe away any glue that may been seeped out.
1-2 weeks (Best if you want to reuse the nails): Apply tabs firmly on the back of the press-on. Apply glue on natural nail. Place press-ons and hold for 30 sec.
Are the nails reusable?
Yes! Depending on the duration of wear and their condition upon removal, delicately file the back of your Samyang Studio nails to eliminate any residue, then proceed with reapplication as usual.
Will my press on nails look exactly like the product photo?
Due to the handmade process of crafting our press-on nails, slight variations may occur between each set. Additionally, please note that the final design may be adjusted slightly to suit the length and shape you've chosen.
How do I find my nail size?
Please refer to the Sizing & Nail Shape page. You can also purchase a Sizing Kit.
What should I do if the standard nail sizes don't fit my nails?
If none of the standard sizes fit your nail measurements, select "custom" and leave your measurements at checkout in the instruction box: Thumb, Index, Middle, Ring, Pinky, - Example 15mm, 12mm, 13mm, 12mm, 10mm,. Do note that Samyang Studio is not responsible for any wrong measurements & sizes. Please ensure that you measure your nails correctly.
I lost a nail what do I do?
No worries! Just fill out the Samyang Studio Replacement Nail Order Form. The maximum amount of replacement nails you can order is 3, if you need more than this please order a new set either through samyangstudio.com or Samyang Studio Custom Set Order Form.
What comes in the package?
Each package comes with your nails, a nail case, and a tool kit. The tool kit includes: sticky tabs, nail glue, a cuticle pusher, a buffing block, a nail file, and an alcohol pad. If you purchase multiple sets of press-ons in one transaction, only one tool kit is included. However, extra sticky tabs will be supplied for additional sets.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Do you accept exchanges or offer refunds?
All sales are final due to the nature of the products and for sanitary reasons. Therefore, please ensure you double-check your order and nail size before placing it.
What do I do if my package is lost or damaged?
Samyang Studio is NOT responsible for any damaged or lost items. Once your package has been shipped, Samyang Studio will have no control over the packages. Refer to your tracking information and contact the local post company to check the status of your delivery.
